B. PRESS THE BUTTON TO TURN THE THERMOMETER ON (on most models you will hear a beep as the display is cleared for you to begin use)...

C. PLACE THE COVERED TIP OF THE THERMOMETER UNDER THE TONGUE AND CLOSE MOUTH AROUND THERMOMETER
wait for at least ONE MINUTE or until the thermometer beeps...

D. REMOVE THERMOMETER AND READ THE DISPLAY IMMEDIATELY...

E. WRITE DOWN
the date, time and your temperature. If your temperature is 101 or above please call JESPY to make an appointment with a healthcare provider...
